I bring my own lunch box to work at least three times a week.
I use the “lock n lock” glass lunch box.
Before microwaving it, usually I would de-froze it at room temperature for 5 to 10 mintues.
Next to my red rice is usually beans (black beans, chick peas, red kidney beans), scrambled eggs, greens (spinach, broccoli, choi sum, etc) and pickled vegetables for some flavourings.
Since the material of the lunch box is heavy, I get a medium sized one (600ml), whch doesn’t really hold much, so I usually snack at tea time or have dinner a bit earlier.
